Step by Step – Ordering to Fulfillment Process-

Customer Places an orders – OC Wholesale Company will create commercial invoice with Payment Options  Customer has 3 days to make payment. Customer should send us a copy of payment to us at info@ocwholesalecompany.com

OC will notify customer with a Paid Commercial Invoice after receiving payment.

OC will send shipping detail information to customer

Customer will create shipping labels and send back to OC – info@ocwholesalecompany.com

OC will then pick, pack, and ship order to Amazon.  3 to 5 days after receiving shipping labels.

OC will notify customers that order shipped – via email.

BLIND DROP SHIPPING option for customer who what to offer more products online with Amazon, Walmart, eBay and others…  The opportunity to offer the full line of products to your consumer customers.

MOQ – $500.00USD.  We are looking to work with professional online sellers that are purchasing weekly.  Selling more than 1 year on Amazon or Walmart.

OPERATION HOURS:     10am to 4pm – Monday thru Friday

NEW ONLINE SELLERS with OC Wholesale Company: ONLINE SELLERS – If your 1st order is a product that you need approval to sell online.  DON’T.    There are 1,000+ of profitable products to pick from that you are approved to sell.   We recommend purchasing products you are approved for.  Don’t waste your time.  When you don’t get approved for that 1 product.   Bottomline: Amazon or Walmart are the ones who didn’t approve of you.  Probably due to your selling history or other determining measurements.

We recommend to you to buy products you are authorized to sell online.  Build your online business and show Amazon & Walmart you’re a professional seller.  Results are that get you authorized to sell more products.  Become a Pro.

REVIEWS ONLINEOC takes all reviews very seriously.  We always research who the customer is and what is the issue.  Then follow up with the customer to address the issue.  We are a company processing over hundreds of thousand orders a month.  Errors are going to happen and we are more than willing to address the issue and correct them made by OC TEAM.   We will not allow a customer to try to bully us with demands they will write a negative review.  Or allow an unreasonable customer to demand an outcome they want when we aren’t at fault.  We control the product to be labeled, packaged, and shipped with the customer shipping labels.  We don’t control the shipping or handling at the final end.  Any errors created during the check in is an issue for the warehouse receiving it.  Please review our responses to each review to better understand the situation.  Unfortunately, customers write reviews when we don’t agree with the outcome of the solution.

SUPPORT ON ORDERS: Any changes to orders.  We would like you REPLY to invoice and request your change.  We don’t take adjustments over the phone.

THINGS SC TOP DEAL CONTROLS:

We sell the product.  Will provide a commercial invoice.

When customer provides us labels.  We will Label, Pack, & Ship to the information provided by the customer.

We ship the order with the shipping labels customer provides us via email.  UPS, FEDEX, or Freight Company.

THINGS WE DON’T CONTROL:

Customer waits more than 3 days to make payment.  Inventory is released to another customer.

Customer doesn’t following up with shipping labels.

Customer doesn’t providing labeling for products

Customer only provides part of shipping label.

Customer doesn’t follow instruction

Shipping Company loses or damaged boxes.

NEED APPROVAL TO SELL ITEM: We recommend that you buy products that you are approved to sell online.  Build your online business and show Amz & Walmart you’re a professional seller.  Results are that get you authorized to sell all products.  Become a Pro. We will support pictures and approvals after your 5th completed order.  We are more interested in professional sellers that understands Amazon and Walmart processes.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: Credit Card payment option is available after you have completed 5 orders with us.  This is due past fraud with 1st orders.
